The engine is in very good condition,take no oil at all and run great.Good power!!

Frame
AC bumper
Dg Nerfsbar
Renthal handlebar
Prodesign killswitch
Bar Clamp
One Industrie Graphic Kit
Duncan Racing Block Off
Full adjustable Stadium Front Shocks
OMF Air Scoop
Rad Double Row Bearing Carrier
Rad Locknut
LSR +2 +4 axle

The bike handle really good.Love it and if it was only for that I will keep it!!

But I need more power!!!

I was thinking about rebuild it with a setup like that :

426 13:1 piston
Stage 2 cam
Port and polish
Hotrod connecting rod
HD Spring
HD head studs

and maybe stroke it 4mm for a true 450!!

I think that setup will kick ***.Was thinking about 45hp maybe??

Or sell it,loose money and bbuy a brand new 450R and keep it stock for a while!

Or buy a 450R engine and put it in my bike!

I can weld and fabricate some pieces.

What do you think will be the best??

ur lookin' at around $1300-$1500 for a rebuild to a 450.(bore and stroke)

i wouldn't go to a 13:1 comp. i would go to a 11:1 comp. so u could still run pump gas.


i wouldn't buy a new 450, i would do a hybrid instead. it will be less expensive in the long run.(and personally i like the way the 400ex handles compared to the 450r). fabing brackets isn't that hard and ppl have done these things in the past.


best value = rebuild ur ex and bore and stroke it to a 450.

great value and better reliability = build a 450r hybrid by putting the 450 motor in the 400.

I know that at 13:1 I will need race gaz but I want power!!!

I race with my bike and for now,my bike handle really good but need power!!!

if your looking for power then i would do a 460 stroker 12:1 comp stg 3 hotcam,HD head studs,Port and polish

it would be a monster :D

their is more two it than that but just a genral idea
