will 10x9 tires fit on 10x10 rims.... the rims are beadlock

no, the last number in a tire has to match with the last number in a rim. the tires you have are for a 9 inch rim. tire measurements go like this 20x11x9. 20 is the height, 11 is the width and 9 is the rim height.
