everytime i drink a monster people are always like "monster is so bad for you, dont drink it" is this true?

Energy drinks are bad for your kidneys. They say not to drink more then a few a day.

Doesn't keep me from drinking multiple Monster XXLs driving through Middle of Nowhere, Nevada at 4:00 in the morning on the way to a party in Washington. lol. I was WIRED!!!!!

Hmm i guess the kidney thing could be true.. my pee does look the same color after i drink one.. but thats why i drink more than a gallon of water a day to keep them clean!

if thats true maybe i should take it down a notch i drink alot in one day, but its funny energy drinks dont effect me..even when i drink these..

Well I somehow got really shakey and couldn't breath one night after 2 energy drinks and was sent to the hospital but it doesn't stop me from drinking them. Before I had the lil freak out accident I would drink up to 5 in a day and have no problems. Amp is my favorite and rockstar right behind it.

i dont think its any worse then some pops its 180 calories and some pops are higher, granted theres other stuff, but the way i look at it, it gives me energy to burn it off and mt dew and stuff dont.

At the moment ive slowed down on energy drinks and have started drinking alot of Snapple Peach tea :D :D :D


but when i do get energy drink its a toss up between Rockstar JUICED and Monster..... if i got like 6-7 bucks i get both in the XXL can.

I lost my desire for rockstars.. i used to work for coca cola in the warehouse and when a case would break we would throw it in the cooler and drink them... well one night everyone was goin slow and i wanted to go home so i drank 4 of them within 20 minutes... well i got energy and put up a crazy case count for the night but when cleanup came around i crashed bad.. got a crazy headache and my digestive system was toast for over a week(ill spare details)... so now i drink monster conservativly

There a joke when it comes to ordering things, but they have tons of good stuff in the store.

Red Bull with no sugar was rated as the best energy drink for you, but rightfully enough it had the least effect on your body..(gave you the least energy). heres some other scary stastistics it showed in the article..

for ever 20oz. of Monster you drink it takes 6.3 gallons of water to flush it out of your kidneys, the average person drinks 6.3 gallons of water in 23 days.. for every 20oz of Red Bull with no sugar you drink it takes .9 gallons of water to flush out your kidneys the average person drinks .9 gallons of water in about 2 days.

Another study showed...

If the average person drank 5 Monsters a day for 12 years, and did not drink 1 gallon of water per day he/she would have kidney failure within 5 years... The average person can drink 5 Red Bulls with no sugar a day for 196 years before getting any signs of kidney failure.
