If you let your bike get warm to the point that the fan comes on can you put your finger on the fan gaurd (the round part of the fan) and stop the fan. Because I can and wasn't sure if this was right or if I need a new fan.

If you do not know the answer can you please check this out for me. be cautious, please watch your fingers.

What the hell? Don't touch a spinning fan. I don't get the question. Are you worried cause you can't stop the fan or cause it doesn't cut your fingers off. I'm sorry but why would you need a new fan if you can't stop it with your finger? I'd say that's a good fan.

If I put my finger against the smooth round part of the fan (not the blades) I can stop it from turning with verry little presure.
I never tried it until this week when I over heated the quad.
So I do not know if this is normal.

I don't know if it is normal, but my fan motor was weak and was my problem. It just seemed to be spinning slowly. I bought a new motor and I could tell the difference right away.
