Kickstart, you would be just one more statistic involving an Ebay scam. Then you would be starting another thread on here about how you got ripped off. IT IS A SCAM!! Preapproved bidder only, 99.9% of the time that means the sellers account has been hacked.

someone got into the guys account.

I have 100% feedback and someone got into mine and was listing big screen TV's for like $50....they got cought before they sold anything though.

It says he will take cash in person.. As long as it was bought and paid for in person with a clear title then you would have nothing to lose.. I wouldnt pay for it any other way though!!:D
