450es shift problem

I am looking for someone who knows what causes Hondas electric
shifters to fail.When mine happens the dash light flashes a line no number.To getgoing again I must use the shift tool from the tool kit to get home.I have replaced the angle switch and the fuse holder under the seat.What else could cause this?

check all grounds, make sure wires are connected, see if it is dry.

Problem solved It truns out a weak battery caused the problem.I found that if I rode with the lights on I soon couldn't shift.A load test was done on the battery at the local auto zone store and found that the battery was no good.It started the motor every time,but was to weak to shift.
