I need help pretty quick

ok... my 400 is runnin funny and we are goin down to minticello kentucky on a 3 day ride next weekend...its fine when its idling but when i try to get into mid throttle it dies...i think its the carb...and the mid range is the needle right? So what should i do?

I FIXED IT...there was dirt in the slide it was weged to the bottom...well you guys can delete this....oh and thanks for all your help....jk:D

is ur air filter dirty, is the choke on, is their play in ur throttle cable, is the breather hose on top ur carb plugged...


check the simple things 1st
