Round 5 IATVHSS Decatur City,IA

Round 5 of the IATVHSS got underway in Decatur City, IA at the Watson Family Farm. After the long break from the last race in June riders showed up with hopes of getting some wood and pulling off some good points for their quest for class championships. The heat was set to be a factor with high humidity and temperatures in the nineties.

Just before the start of the race all the racers and their families and friends heading to the start line to be part of a very special picture. Everyone wanted to show their sympathy and best wishes for Jeremiah Jones and his family. A card was passed around for everyone to sign and a picture of the entire group was included. I think the Iatvhss was also one of the first groups to receive a shipment of the the blue #2 Jeremiah Jones bracelets also. I got mine!!

Great pics as always! Congrats to all that made this race. I had other commitments and had to make the tough decision not to go to this race. I was in 4th C+ now i am unsure where i stand?
