Anyone use the CRJ Performance wheel spacers? They basically screw on over the existing stud. I have been looking at getting a set of +3 for the front and rear of my 400ex, but I am kinda skeptical about them. Are the hard on balljoints, axles, etc?

yea they do put some stress on your quad also thats how most spacers bolt on alot of people on the sight say as long as your not hitting huge jumps and stuff like that they should be fine

They're OK I guess for some trail riding, but if you do anything aggressively then they're not a good idea. They are only good for widening cheap and thats it. They will offer worse handling and will put a lot of stress on your stock lugs.

CRJ performance makes the best spacers I have seen, we did bend a axle with them on a 450. I know several people running them on blasters that never had a problem

Thanks for the info. Maybe I will just stop being cheap and go get some a-arms and a new axle.

If you can swing it, it's the best option. Im riding on stock stuff until I can afford the extended stuff, but I will NOT put on spacers or flip my rims.
