Belt Light on 750 Brute.

I was just wandering if any of you guys have ever had to change a belt? Its got over 1000 miles on it and the belt light came on yesterday when eating it up in the mud.

Is the belt hard to change, is there any thing I should know?

in order to change the belt you have to get a clutch pulling tool from somewhere, EPI sells them. then you will have to make sure the belt light switch is in the off position and reset the system by reversing the wires. i could talk you through it or you may have to call your dealer.

well no big deal after all I brought it in to a local kawasaki shop the guy told me the light comes on about every thousand miles to let you know its time to check the belt. He checked it and reset the light for 10 bucks.
