Scary Fast 440 Kit

Im doing a rebuild on a buddys bike. He wants that scary fast kit, it seems like a good kit, just wondering on problems with the 440 in the heat department. Would he have to get bigger oilcooler or tank or both.

I got the 440 kit. It runs hot but not that hot. You could always get those things because they look cool. :D

Most 440s will get hot when compared to other bores, but it really depends on the conditions. My bike usually runs pretty cool on dirt and grassy terrains, but in the dunes and desert like terrain it likes to get really hot quick.

Mine runs Hot as well but they reccomend putting a cooler plug in it and then a bigger oil cooler... Also I don't know if it is true or not but one time at the honda dealer the reccomended that I run a thicker oil than regular... I dont know about that though... I love the power though... I am dead even with the v force and just behind the 450R...
