Jetting problem?

Ok Im thinking I may have it jetted to high on the 300, I havnet looked at the plug yet but It will sometimes miss or stutter around half throttle or when Im slowing down a bit... Am I too rich or what? I've got a full system exhaust and k and n with 6 1" holes in it...

Any help?
