hey, can u tell me what a needle clip is??
what's it's function??
where's it located??
how does it operate??

The needle is a part of the carb that allows fuel into the motor at 1/4 to 3/4 throttle. The needle clip is attached to the needle and is adjustable, so that you can allow more or less fuel in at that RPM range.

It is located under the top-plate of the carb. Once you get the plate off you will see a small arm and under that is the needle. The NEEDLE CLIP is a small clip that is clipped into one of the slots in the needle.
It operates by holding the needle at a certain distance in reguards to up and down to control the fuel flow from 1/4 - 3/4 throttle.
