I need your advice

Kenny,is this prepped good enough?I sandblasted it until I ran out of media.It has some dark spots on it I am not sure about.The frame was red and the original gray underneath but the spots look black............some kind of factory primer maybe??Is this something that can be removed by pre-heating it in the oven?Here are a couple pics to show you what I am talking about.
