Me and my friend are currently working on making his back yard the coolest one in our neighborhood:) it sure takes a while digging with shovels though lol. He usually rides a yz125 but the throttle was sticking on it today, so he took his old ds80 out. The thing is bored to a 90, but my 250 is still faster than it:o

enough talk, here we go

he usually gets tripple the air on the 125, and his dad gets even bigger on his 250f!

in that last picture, the only reason there is a landing is for the 80, thats all the air he can get on that jump on the 80, if you can hit it faster, you land downhill

this was a close call:p

looks good man, i bet ull be 10x better on a bigger quad, same for your friend, haha, that 80 is small. I bet he wishes he was riding that 125 when he was hitting the jump. If i had all that field to build on, it would be a killer track

thanks for the compliment, ya he was complaining the whole time about the 80 being so bad lol. We still have a lot to do, so far we have two jumps (3 for dirtbikes) 1 berm plus that hill thing next to the road is used as a berm, and a woods section. We want to make a couple more jumps and some whoops, but it probably wont happen for a while though becuase school starts next week.

His dad is the one that wanted the track in the first place. He loves riding as much as us.;)

what year is his YZ... I know my bike had a recall on it that I had no idea about, something in the throttle assembely is wrong and makes the throttle stick....just thought I'd throw it out there incase he doesn't know the problem....

That looks pretty sweet, looks like those landing need to be extened. Also looks like you definately want to be building doubles so there's less shovel work. Have you thought of using "filler" (logs, barrels, etc) instead of having to shovel so much. Keep up the hard work and that thing will be wicked huge! :)

Heres some pics of me on my jump that i changed up a little, I dont know if anyone remembers how it was before, but i made it a true double now with a good landing

i dont know if its an option for you, but you should look into renting a bobcat.

Nice, if we lived closer i'd pack a shovel and come help you boys out.

BlasterEaten250

pretty much all we talk about when we are digging the whole time is how nice a bobcat would be, and somehow we got into a conversation of what would win in a drag race, a bobcat, or a backhoe:huh

seriously though, why pay money for something that is a little easier when you can do it yourself for free and gain a little muscle while you're at it:p :muscle:

nice jumps guys i tried to make a back/front yard track (with a couple of shovels, rake and posthole digger) all i have to work with is hard packed clay i have a berm and one jump lol but the neighbors have started to complain about dust and noise so i have slowed down on the backyard track still working on it though i plan to make my jump bigger and make a landing because i am already getting 20+ feet off that little thing:D

keep at it guys:p
