I heard a lot of riders in the US prefer Not to run a stabilzer at all while having a nice long travel set up! How is that possible? Does it have to do with tracks there being very flat or what?
I can not think of a terrain where a stabilizer would not be needed.
Where ever I ride, i am always better off having one!!!

Well not sure where you are getting your info but I run a LT set up and couldn't live without my precision. Works like a dream, and keeps a lot of hard hits from affecting me. Definitely worth the money.

Somebody uses WER? Is it better than Presicion at all?

WER makes a nice product I personally have ran one on my 450r but have ridden with one got the job done but I prefer the precision with the dual adjustment.
