does anyone have a picture of the stock exhaust with the core removed, and does anyone know the performance gain from doing it, Thank You.

I have a pipe coming but since my buddy is giving it to me it will be a mon th or so before I can see him. I am going to be doing some flat track racing in the mean time and was looking for some power increase without blowing too much money.

you actually lose power by doing that...the exhaust needs a little bit of backpressure to function properly. that back pressue is given by the core/baffle/guts/etc. if it is not there, then the pipe can't perform like it should
