any good ideas on how to get the screws out of the carb bottom there a pain in the but? anyone got a good trick

do you have the carb out or turned so you can get to them directly?

the first time i tried to get mine out they were so tight it stripped them. get a pair of vice grips and clamp them on there as tight as u can and turn it lose.

I use one of two ways... the vise-grips as above and the other is to take a dremel tool and cut across the screw to make a slot, and use a large flat screwdriver to remove them.

vice grips--then make sure you replace them with stainless allen head screws. they are m4x.08
