Hey all, I have a 1999 400ex!!!! and i need to make it go faster!!! its all stock!!!!!! will these mods help alot?!?!?! High performance piston and shaved head! how much WILL THIS COST?!?!?! usa $$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

insted of shaving your head just try a higher compression piston. shaving your head will throw timing off and ....ahhhh.....just don't do it. it's not the right way to gain performance

if u want top end get a 16 tooth front sprocket and 22 inch rear tires....if u want torque and stuff get a hi comp stock bore piston, hot cams stage 2 cam, an exhaust and a filter and u should notice nice gains.

I want lots of top end, but then again i wana lot of torqe. i just wana be all around fast. IM even thinking of selling it and buying a z400/raptor.... just doesnt have the power im lookin for.
