450R cutting off @ top end?

My 450R is cutting off when I top it out. It starts to sputter and then the temperature light starts to flicker and then it just cuts off. Any idea what might be the cause of this? I do have the Dynatek CDI on my 450R, could this be the cause of it? All my mods are listed in my signature below. Any suggestions would help me out alot.

id try a bigger main jet...like a 185

I was hoping it would be something simple like the jetting and not anything worse off than that. My motor setup is practically brand new, it's not even broken in yet. It just started doing this and I didn't know what could be the cause of it. Thanks for all the help though. I will try a bigger main jet and see if that works.

i would try bigger main jet.185-190.i have a 190 main

if you still have it try the stock cdi first.Not saying thats your prob. but I had one go bad on me and it made my quad run like *%$#@

I bet its something electrical since the temp light is flickering.

If it's electrical, then I'm guessing it's probably going to be the CDI box. I'm hoping the Dynatek CDI didn't mess anything up. It has been a great mod to my quad and I hate to go back to the stock CDI box. I'm going to try a big main jet size first but I'm thinkiing it probably is going to be the CDI. Thanks for the info fellas

check and see if ur main jet didnt come loose.
