Belray thumper in the motor side, Honda pro gold bottle(without moly) in trans side. Usually lasts me about 2 races, i could prolly do more but id rather change my oil alot. dont ever bother with the cheap honda oil(black bottle stuff) i used it and it came out like water and splashed like water after 1 race.

You have lots of choices....

Shell Rotella 15W-40 is a great oil for the money...

Read up on it....

AMSOIL and Mobil 1 motorcycle specfic oils are great too...

Stay away from oils marked "Energy Conserving"

AMSOIL!!! the best i've run

AMSOIL...its the best for a reason. Plus you can run it 2x as long as conventional oil which will save you on changing the oil and saving a filter.
