Low hour MINT 99 400ex

I'm selling my mint condition low hour 99 400ex. Must see in person!! The quad has works shocks on the front with triple rate springs and remote res, AC racing front bumper, head light covers, billet twin row axle bearing carrier and aftermarket skid plates. Needs nothing and comes with all the paper work. The quad is located in Cortland (Central) NY and I'm looking to get $2800 or BO. I'd sell it for $2600 or BO without the shocks or bumper. make it as much stock as you can (and you can also keep your front tires and rims and just give me the lugnuts and i'll trade you an 03 yamaha ttr125L(bought new, all papers) in very nice condition and cash (depeding on how stock you make it, the less cash etc) but i could do anymore than $500

The only thing I'm looking to trade for is a DRZ 400S. Other than the shocks and bumper the machine is as stock as you'll find. Why would you not want the billet twin row axle bearing carrier? It is much better than stock.
