Anybody use the TAG bar kit W/ clamps?

I have been looking into getting the TAG bar kit with clamps made for the 400. I was wondering if anybody uses this with the stock stem, and if the hieght / bend is good. Thanks...

i have the x5's 450r bend and i love them. i didn't get the clamp kit though. u really don't need them, i love the bend. it is real sporty. alot straighter, my knees don't hit the bars during tight turns like they used to.

i would recommend the kit. i know a guy who runs it on his 450r and he loves it. he never had any problems and he races with it.

I run the tag fat bars with a moose bar clamp kit on a stock stem. the kit added like half inch extra height. bars that i got were cr double low bend, the atv high bend gives a better feel. definately worth it though. Rocky mountain sells a set of longhorn bars 6065 series fatbar that are like 40 bucks and are really strong might be worth checking in to

Thanks guys, I bought the quad with a bent stem long ago, and Im going to break down and replace it. I figured I would also get some trick bars, levers and some hand guards...

Anybody else out there? Im worred the bars will be too low? Any comments?

i run the tag x-5 trx450 bend and they r higher that stock. i love them. the 450r bend is the exact same fit as the 400ex, but it has less sweep(which is why i bought them) great bars.

also, u could get a taller stem (+1-+2) and then get a lower bend bar. however u do it the bars won't be too low unless u get a low bend with the stock steering stem.

Thats the kit I was looking at. I cannot find any measurements for the bars though...

I got a +1 stem and I'm running the tag yfz450 bars and clamp. I really like the setup. For me the bars would be way to low on a stock steering stem... so I got the longer stem and then the tag clamp if I remember right gives you about a half inch taller than the stock clamp;) Now it's perfecto!

i run stock stem with tag T2's, not sure on the bend but i'm pretty sure they are just CR high. love 'em:D
