starting in gear

i just bought a raptor its an 02 and it had a few things wrong with it i picked it up at an auction so i know nothing about it. one of my problems is that it wont start in gear is there wires i need to splice together? any help would be appreciated.

to start one in gear you shoumd have to pull the clutch. you would not want to start it in gear with out the clutch.

yeah, i wouldnt recommend starting it in gear either. it's really not good for it at all. couldn't it potentially screw up your one way, too?

umm yeah the clutch was pulled in i looked it over and found some wires unhooked put em together and she started in gear
