Help!

I need to change my bearings and the bottom of the steering stem and i need to know if u need a press to get those out or just hit it with a hammer.

I've always used a hammer to put it in and take it out. Just be careful when putting the new one in. Use a socket that fits the outside ring of the bearing. Also, don't try to knock it out with one blow. Just go slow and tap it, so you don't damage it.

It'd be really hard to press that thing out. Just make sure it's comming out evenly and goes in evenly.
