I need help with my swingarm piviot bolt.

I am in the prosess of trying to replace my swingarm piviot barings on my 300. I am having trouble geting the piviot bolt out of the swingarm. I think it is really badly sezed. I've put wd-40 on it and rust eater. I've tryed to turn it out, and beat on it profusely with a hammer. The thing wont even budge. I at loss..... I have no clue what to do next. Any advice would great.

I had ended up having to torch my swingarm bolt and get new bearing and seals.
