Hey guys, the dealer must have sold me some MX ebc pads or something because they are bare metal after 3 rides. i am pissed off. Wheres the cheapest place to buy DP brakes at?and how much are they?>

Hey guys, I went and ordered some EBC Severe duty pads from RM. The pads i had on are EBC FA34. I hate them.Does anyone know what they are made out of?Kevlar?metal?

What color were the pads? If they are the gray ones they will not last. The gold or copper color will last. When I talked to the EBC people at the dealer show last Feb. He said that the HD pads should only wear about 15% more than the the copper pads. Remember that each company makes at least 2 or more pads for the same quad. Find out which is the heavy duty and buy that style. The MX is the same as light dty. They stop very good, but don't last long. If they have and XC version get them.

Has anyone tried the BRAKING brake pads?....do they last?

It all depends on which grade Braking one that you buy. I think that they have 3 different styles.
