WONDERING WHAT PADDLE TIRE SIZE AND RIM SIZE TO RUN ON MY NEW 06 450R..... MAKING FIRST TRIP TO LITTLE SAHARA. SEPT.21-24

8" wheel only.. 10"s are junk..
20" tire for overall riding
21" tire is good for riding and drags/hillshooting
22" tire for strictly drags or hillshooting

Hauler or Glider or combo them
Heard great things about Paddle Brats. Never tried them though..

I have 22's 8 Paddle on the shee and I couldn't turn the best. But strait line racing and jumping It was doing great. I would go to 20s

did i just mess up.. i bought 10 inch wheels, havent been to the dunes yet. 20-11-10 sand devils,

It's all in personal preferance. I'm not sure where the 10 inch is junk is coming from but that is what is on quite a few quads at any dune area. Both of the 400 ex's in my garage have 10 inch rims and so does my Raptor 700. It just allows you to run a wider tire which will get you better flotation.

i run 20x11x10 sand stars on my yfz, that turn great, and work for dragging,,, i just have a problem keeping the front end down off the line
