I would buy the K&N jet kit and put the stag two kit in. I would start with the 165 jet. Theres to many variables to tell what jet to use.

Jettting, jetting jetting....lol

Along with alot of others on EXRIDERS.com, I learned that there is only one reason that jetting is difficult; it takes trial and error.
My buddy rebuilt his warrior a few months back. He didnt have patients and didnt listen to my input. He blew his up. He had to buy the WB's Hop Up kit all over again.

Before you install your high powered exhaust, have as many main jets as you can afford. I recommend jets 150-163. Install them one at a time and test each of em until you find the right jet that suits your thumper. I personally didnt have to mess with the idol screw until I went to a White Bros Cam. My needle is set the same as it was when the pipe was the only mod, which is the clip is down one position.

Patients, trial and error.

Much luck to you and be sure to let the rest of us know how it all worked out for you,

:D

I used 12 and think that the best set-up. Its plenty loud. Its also has the best setup for power on my quad. You could try taking of the the last plate which would make it real loud but I think It kills a lot of the low end. And don't help with that much top end. plus you really don't want to the pipe to be that loud. Other poeple who don't like quads don't like that It give one more reason to close riding areas. There no need for a overly load pipe.

Loud? You chose the wrong pipe my friend. I have two WB's E series pipes. One pipe has 12 disks and the other pipe is open.
Removing the disk and spark arrestor does not make the pipe that much louder. Sounds funny, but true.

Remember young one, keeping your quad quiet as possible will not draw the attention of your neighbors or the feds.

I'm running a 155 main with my full system right now. That's a good place to start but every bike is different.
