I'd like to build a nice size table for doing freestyle. The reason for a table is that My buddy has a 50 and he could hit it too. I want it to be about 6-7 feet tall and about 40 feet long. I'm gonna set up the launch kicker style. How many yards of dirt do you think I would need, theres a construction development going on about a mile down the road from me, and they may be giving me some dirt. I was thinkin about 30-40 yards???

always get a lil extra... so get as much as you can from them. thats just my rule of thumb for these kind of situations.

To figure how many cubic yards use this formula...

Length = 40' x Height = 7' x Width =?' (I'll use 10' for this example) = 2,800 and you divide that by 27 to get 104 cubic yards

If I were you I would find something to use as a filler with a table that big. Maybe some old tires, something that will last a while. Then you pile the dirt on top of that stuff, and it doesnt take nearly as much.
