What's the jetting at now? What mods to the engine besides the 416 and cam?

I had this problem once and it turned out the gas was turned off?!!! Lol, I know it sounds dumb but somthin to check. Otherwise it's prolly the jetting.

You should not try to start the bike with stock jetting. You need to be close first (about 160-165 main, 40-42 pilot, fuel screw 2 to 2 1/2 turns out) so you can start it and break in the cam without it overheating. The first time you fire it with a new cam, you should keep it above 2000 rpm for about 15-20 minutes. The best thing is to take it for an easy ride and vary the rpm's so that you have a load on the engine (not free-revving). The cam chain should not be a factor, since it's the same length, just a little thicker. Fix the jetting first before you do any damage.
