Does anyone out there have a 12 tooth on thier 450r. If so how did it work out for you? I'm thinking of ordering one. thanks

I have been toying with the notion of going to a 12 tooth on my 06 450er too....

just to let ya know ive been runnin a 12 tooth on my 06 in the woods was great less clutch action with stock tires, in the dunes with 22 inch 9 paddles its just as nice i love it the only q i have is how the chain seems to line up a little off center but no problems so far , hope it helps

VW DUDE rode the quad last w/ the 12toot. on it. I havent rode in a pit yet, just dirt road riing in a big hunt club(legally).It has big power out of the hole. For trail or sand pit I would say a+. For road riding/crusing Iwould stick Wthe 13. Since they are so easy to change I will just puton the one according to the riding I'll be doing. Hope that helps.

I run a 12 tooth on my 06. I do mostly sand riding and I love the power off the line. It has alot more torque but I lose top end although not that much. Also, I don't have to play the clutch as much and I don't stall it as much either.
