Chrome Cylinder

I'm just pitting this out to ask if anyone knows about who i can go to, to get our cyclinder Re-Chromed, and then bored down to the right size.

It's not chromed. The cylinder coating Honda uses is called Nikasil. Millennium Technologies (http://www.mt-llc.com/index_home.shtml) is one of the bigger re-plating companies.
