Seriously though, jetting is completely dependent on what mods (if any) the bike has and the environment it is operated in. There is no one answer to what the jetting should be an a 400EX or any other quad....

depending on what elevation you are at try a 155 main and 42 pilot, 2.5 on air/fuel screw needle on the 3rd clip, and see how that works out.

My buddie has a slip on HMF and he has a 160 Main Jet and 2.5 on the air/fuel screw and runs good. Still has a little lag on bottom end when you punch it but nothing bad.
