450es shift problem

I am having trouble with my 450es not wanting to shift.When it happens the gear indicator on the dash flashes and shows no number.I have replaced the angle sensor and the fuse holder under the seat but it still acts up at the worst times.If I use the manual shift tool from the tool kit I can get it to start working again.Need help

turn it off then back on

i pulled the barttery for the night then pluged it back in the next day and it stoped
