Darn neutral switches...!!

Hey guys, got a problem with my stupid neutral switch on my 300ex.

When my machine is cold it works perfectly, when my machine gets hot, it doesn't work!! Basically, when it gets hot the neutral switch, doesn't activate therfore if I shut my machine down it won't start because it thinks it's not in neutral!!! I brought it into the dealer last November and they said they replaced the switch...(it's the one on the crankcase)
Any ideas???

You can ground it over by splicing one of the wires and run it to your frame and putting a bolt there to hold it in place...The same thing happened to my 300 and my uncle did it so I dont know which wire he did it to but it was on the right side of the frame where the rear plastic ends at the bottom where the mud-guards... I hope this helped some...
