choke lever ?

when i ride my bike and make fast turns and stuff my choke lever comes up and makes my bike start choking for gas how can i tighten it up without removeing it thanks.

There's a small plate that the detent (dimples) catches on to hold it in place. Just bend the plate slightly so it grabs tighter.
