Steering stem?

When i get on my quad, and move the handle bars around. They move about an inch than my wheels turn.

Anybody know what that is:confused:

start looking for anything loose in the front end.

worn or loose tie rod ends either at the spindle or the stem.

The only thing I can think of is your tie rods being loose. Where the ends connect into the stem and spindles.
