i have to program mine on my TRX450R (2005) and theres a few things that im not sure of, like when to program the shift light to come on, the max rev light, the "hot" temperature and the "Dangerous" temperatre.

For the shift light.. I'd find a dyno for a similarly modded bike and set the shift RPM for 10% past the peak power so you always stay in the -10% => +10% range while shifting. But, you should probably be looking at the terrain rather than a green light .. ;)

yeah the shift im not to worried about because i dont use it nor would i plan on using it but the temerature is mainly what im worried about so i can shut it down before the red light comes on.
