well...i ordered it from the quadshop on wednesday and got it today. this thing is a "real" skid plate. it is much heavier then ac but shouldnt get as beat up as the ac i had. i will get a pic lata and i hope it fits as good as it looks.

also...i may powdercoat my subframe the same color as the scoops or may do it black....any suggestions?

well..if someone hands me the cash its gone ..but no biggie if i keep it....it will just keep getting better and faster:D

what color are the scoops? purple? (sorry im kinda color blind) but is that going to look good when you go back to stock plactics?

they are candy apple blue metalic...the flash from the camera gives a purple tint .

well..red and blue go together....thats why im thinkin a black subframe.......but when this t-storms passes by i will look at her in the sun and get a better idea.

well...the skid fit perfect and was a breeze to install. it looks so sweet. i would get some pics...but mr. bud light has called and we are resting the rest of the afternoon:D

just a question when u powder coat somethin what do i dow about all the bolt holes just powdercoat them or do i somehow tape them off?

well....i use high temp plugs and caps and also high heat tape.

then i run a tap into the holes to clean any debris from them

and then since castor400ex wanted to see about buyin my old ac skid plate...i cleaned it up and coated it black with prizm

sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!! all the pretty colors...haha hold it for me till next thurs...how much now? shipped to 42003..
