Rekluse Z-Start Clutch

Dose any one have any comments on the Rekluse Z-Start Clutch system? I am thinking of using it on a Stroker 520

I think its awsome... I will never ride a quad without it anymore... just have to keep up on the maintence for it though.

its great. I just installed the rekluse TCS clutch basket. Now its even better than berore. Absolutely no clutch chatter and it seems to engage much quicker. They actually are having a special on them this month. I think its like 169 as compared to 230

I love it! But you do have to do maintance on it. I take mine apart after every 2 rides and after every race. Takes about 45 minutes.

thinking of getting one for my 450r so what does the maintainance consist of doing?

You just have to make sure the gap is not out of spec. If it is you remove a thin clutch plate and replace it with thicker one to get it back to the right spec. I completly take all my friction disks and plates out and make sure everything is good. I also rotate my friction disks. Bottom one to the top and keep rotating them every time I check it. As stated you will need to do some maintence with this setup check your gap and change your oil often( you should be doing this anyway). If you take care of it the clutch will perform flawlessly and make you very happy :)
