400ex stock shocks

Are the stock shocks adjustable on a 400ex? If so, how do I adjust them. Does anyone know what lbs. they are set to by factory? I only weigh 130lbs.

u can adjust the spring...on the bottom the little silver thing u can tighten them....but there is no set up for weight on stock shocks being stockers are not that great.

"lefty loosey, righty tighty"...which way do I turn to tighten or soften?

you turn it so that the adjustment goes up to stiffen them, and down to soften them
