i have a 86 lt250r and i pulled the cylinder off and when it was putting it back on the sleave broke. i have to buy a new cylinder cuse it dont want to resleve it. i was wondering can i have a pv cylinder on a non pv case? i need to get on soon. will a rm 250 cylinder work? i need to know fast please.

I'm 99% sure that your 86 LT crankcase won't adapt to a 87+ or RM exhaust valve equiped cylinder because your 86 case can't accomidate the governer assembly and linkage needed to operate the valve.
I'm not sure if there are any aftermarket LT cylinders that use electric or exhaust pressure actuated exhaust valves. I'm thinking probably not...

Man that sucks for ya. Just resleeve what you got if you can't put a pv on it.
