I bought this bike. There was a pipe burn and a hold on the other side of the rear. I fixed the hole with fiberglass and sanded it down along with the front. I then sprayed them with some plastic paint. They look pretty good and the paint that I used was flexible. These plastics are physically sound.
I would like $300 shipped for the whole set as long as you live in US. They cost new like $520 from RMATV.
Make me a reasonable offer......
