Black Mountain Recreation Park in Evarts, KY (Harlan CO.)
Riding is FREE, the Harlan County Ridge Runners ATV club furnishes FREE guides, the RV parks are FREE, FREE electricity, FREE water. FREE parking of RV. FREE camping also.

Evarts is an ATV friendly town, meaning you may ride your ATV to the restaurants, get gas, stores or anywhere else in town....as long as you obey the laws.
The people here are wonderful...and will welcome you with hopes that you will be coming back again and again.
The trails are great. Something for everyone, from easy to estreme, and the trails are marked according to how difficult they are.
The scenery is breathtaking. The wildlife is beautiful

Evarts was picked this year for the ATV nation ride which was on June 24. We also broke the world's record for most ATV's in a parade.
There is a community campfire nightly where the out of towners and locals gather to discuss the next day's riding trip, to socialize, make new friends, meet old friends and the campfire is know for all the Lying that goes on.
So come on down and plan to ride. You will not be dissappointed.:)
