i droped a new motor i baught from some guy and he said the motor was bored to 416(in my old motor i had a hot cam and the motor wasent bored,and i have stege 2 jet kit )anyways didn't bother putting the cam back in bc the motor wasent broken in yet......but the first time we started it a flame came out the exhaust and back fired quite a bit.......the next day i went out again and no flame came out but it backfired just a bit ...and i didn't find the bike as powerfull.....but i didn't find the bike had alot of power.......so if i'd put the cam in do you thing it would stop that s**t cuz my jets are set for it or???

Forget about labels like "stage 2" when it comes to jetting. What matters are the actual sizes of the jets in the carb. The jets will have numbers stamped on the sides indicating what size they are.

If you where jetted correctly for your stock bore engine than that jetting won't be right for a 416. You'll need to rejet the carb for the new engine....
