Do your AC Pro-Pegs Move??

My propeg nerfs have some flex or should I say movement to them where the Propeg Mounts to the footpeg mount. Is this normal? The bolts are all pretty tight, it still just kind of moves up and down...

Mine have a little flex in them. I've had them for a year now and no problems.
