Might be able to get a pair of works for pretty cheap for a 400ex

they will bolt up, so will 450r shocks.

...and the leverage ratios will still be off. I will say this over and over again just because it bolts up, doesnt make it right. Shocks are made for one set up or application and one set up only. My advice buy shocks made for a Z400.
