Just thought this might help some ppl that have the sidekick3.
I wanted to let you know that the company is aware of the following issues you might be seeing with the battery meter on your Sidekick 3, and has a simple solution. Both of these are software issues and do not indicate a problem with your battery.
1. The battery meter reports an inaccurate reading after a full charge.
2. Sometimes the battery shows that it’s charged more than 100 percent.
The easiest way to resolve these issues is to make sure you charge your Sidekick 3 for at least four hours, with the Sidekick turned on, so that the battery is calibrated with the device. As the battery calibrates to the Sidekick, you will see a return to normal battery life.
Since replacing the battery causes the calibration process to start over from the beginning, T-Mobile will not send out another battery, as it will not fix this problem.
