Valves Questoin

Over this past winter, I put in a 416cc pison, pipe, filter, and jets. Ever since I have owned my 400, it has "ticked", but not bad. Well, after dragracing, and a day of riding, it has started to tick really bad. My guess is that the valves need major adjustment, or I need to get new valves.
Question #1) Where do you all get your aftermarket vavles?

Question #2) How hard are they to install? And how hard they to adjust?

i would look into checking your valve clearences first before looking into buying new valves

Yeah buy a set of feeler guages and check your valves first.
